This coffee is dalgona coffee and it is also called as whipped coffee. It is actually whipped by its fat content in the instant coffee and sugar which is called creaming like butter and sugar. This creaming method made this coffee special because of its smoothness and foamy. I like to use Nescafe for this recipe but you also can use various kind of instant coffee. The instant coffee must min content fat 70-80% because higher fat content makes your coffee smooth. The milk here I highly recommended Australian Milk which is pasteurised. It is because the taste really goes well to the coffee.
